The BCH consumer protection scheme is operated by the Government approved body The Association of Bonded Travel Organisers Trust Limited (ABTOT) and provides financial protection under The Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018. In the event of the insolvency of a BCH Member, protection is provided for Coach Holiday Packages.
